enables consistent review tagging and attains review rates well in excess of 100
documents per hour. Leveraging LXI's proven
extranet
model, any in-house or outside counsel
with an Internet connection and proper security credentials can access the system for
performing review and risk analysis in a collaborative manner.
CoreView Features:
Native file and TIFF image review simultaneously
The native file review pane presents the file in its original
format including color. The
TIFF
review pane presents the file
in its printed out format and allows for instant redaction and
annotation. The review panes can be configured to 'roll up' when
not in use and 'roll down' when the mouse pointer is pass over
the review pane header.
Building a repository
A reviewing attorney working on any discovery project can
reference any other related project in the repository.
The referenced project can be queried and the resulting documents
may be imported into the current project with attorney review tagging intact.
Redundant tagging for duplicate and parent/attachment documents
These capabilities are selectable on a document by document basis.
Complete email message threading
Allows the reviewer to analytically examine the thread, the people
that were in the message thread and to jump to the last email in the
thread. This capability greatly accelerates the review process by allowing
the reviewer to tag the last email in the thread and eliminates te need
to review prior messages.
Static and dynamic folders for organizing documents
Static folders are typically used to organize by custodian, issue, RFI, etc.
Dynamic folders allow a query to be attached to a folder and contents
of the folder are automatically updated to include documents that meet the
query criteria.
