LXI's Discovery repository offers significant monetary and time savings
for the corporate legal department. Differing discovery requests typically
involve the 'same' subject matter expert employees. Employee time is lost as
they provide the 'same' electronically stored information (ESI) for each new request.
Each new discovery requires attorney time to review and tag the 'same' documents
that have been previously reviewed and tagged in other requests. The LXI
Centralized Online Repository Review system, CoreView© overcomes this costly,
repetitive discovery cycle.
- As each new discovery request is processed and ultimately produced the ESI and attorney tagging pertaining to that request is permanently maintained
in the repository.
- CoreView© allows a reviewing attorney working on any discovery project to reference any
other related project in the repository and import documents with attorney review tagging intact.
- This functionality means that a document only has to be discovered and reviewed 'once', yet
can be reused in as many differing discovery requests as needed. This capability eliminates wasted
